Highlights

The F1 Academy
The F1 Academy is a racing series for talented young female drivers aged 16 to 25, offering a clear pathway from karting to formula racing. Out of the 18 cars on the grid, ten drivers are supported by Formula 1 teams.
Drivers can compete in the series for a maximum of two years. The F1 Academy races alongside Formula 1 on seven Grand Prix weekends.

2025

Building Momentum

Continuing with the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One® Team’s driver development programme and Prema Racing, Tina Hausmann entered her second F1 Academy season with clear goals and growing confidence. Building on her strong rookie year, she quickly established herself as a consistent front-runner, showing
pace, racecraft and maturity
on and off the track.
Throughout the 2025 season so far, Tina has secured multiple top-five finishes, regularly fighting for top positions and proving her place in the championship battle. Her progress reflects evolution with every race combining determination, focus and experience.

2024

A Breakthrough Year

In 2024, Tina Hausmann made her debut in the F1 Academy, joining the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One® Team’s driver development programme operated by Prema Racing.
At just 17 years old, she entered the all-female series as one of the youngest drivers, backed by years of karting success and early Formula 4 experience.
Competing on Formula 1 weekends, Tina quickly adapted to new circuits and intense competition, scoring points and achieving a season-best fourth place in Abu Dhabi. She established herself as a determined and fast-learning talent, laying a strong foundation to continue with the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One® Team operated by Prema Racing into the 2025 season.

2023

ITALIAN F4 CHAMPIONSHIP
and EURO 4 CHAMPIONSHIP

Tina concluded her debut season in Formula 4 by clinching the Women’s Trophy Title in both the Italian Formula 4 and the Euro 4 Championship. During her inaugural season in single-seaters, she competed with the esteemed Italian team, AKM Motorsport, navigating circuits in Italy, France, Belgium and Spain.
